How many students in a group session?
On overage our group sessions have 4 students in a class
However, our maximum in any one group class is 10 students.
How long is an online session?
1hr long
What happens if I miss a session?
As long as sessions are cancelled at least the day before, you will lose your slot for that day.
What online platform do we use?
use Zoom for online lessons
What happens if my child gets stuck whilst studying at home?
We go that extra step and offer help out of tutor hours so you don’t have to pause your learning or guess answers. We are here to support. So please ask for help anytime you need it between 9am-9pm
Do you set homework?
Yes, we set homework after every lesson.
Do you follow the school curriculum?
Yes we follow the uk curriculum set by the education department. We ensure all areas are covered and actually teach our students new topics if they are working ahead of the uk school curriculum.
Are your tutors/teachers Qualified?
Our tutors/teachers all are required to hold at least an A-Level equivalent and training for online teaching. Our senior members hold At least a Degree BCs in the subject they teach and/or at least 10 years experience in teaching. Some of our senior members also hold a QTS and/or PGCE.
Are your tutors/teachers background checked?
Our tutors are fully qualified, trained and hold a valid DBS check (Criminal background check)
What homework platform do you use?
Homework can be sent as a PDF via email or Whatsapp. We also use MathsWatch, Seneca & Educake. We charge a small fee of £7.50 for access to all homework platforms.
Am i sent an invoice each month?
Invoices are sent out monthly. All payment details can be found on your invoice.
